RF Probes: Support customization of various specifications such as GS/SG/GSG/GSSG/GSGSG, with frequency coverage from DC to 110GHz and customizable pitch from 40um to 1250um. They are suitable for various needs from conventional testing to high-end precision testing in semiconductor manufacturing and R&D, with stable performance and excellent precision, which can perfectly replace imported products.
Front-and-Back Probe Systems: With strong compatibility, they can adapt to complex testing environments such as suspension, verticality, orthogonality and multi-board docking, without being limited by product size. They can flexibly respond to various complex testing scenarios in semiconductor production and R&D, greatly improving testing efficiency and convenience.
High-Speed Fixtures: Provide various standard interface fixtures such as PCIE, HDMI and USB, and also support non-standard specification customization. They accurately match the testing needs of different interface types in semiconductor high-speed signal transmission, balancing stability and compatibility, and providing reliable support for high-speed signal testing.
Professional Services: Provide supporting SI simulation, high-frequency testing and RF probe maintenance services. Form a full-process service closed loop from pre-simulation optimization, mid-term test implementation to post-equipment maintenance, solving various technical problems encountered by customers in the process of semiconductor high-frequency testing.
