  • RF Probes: We offer customizable configurations including GS, SG, GSG, GSSG, and GSGSG. Our probes cover frequencies from DC to 110GHz with a customizable pitch range of 40μm to 1250μm, making them ideal for both standard and high-precision semiconductor R&D.
  • Dual-sided Probe Systems: Designed for complex environments, our systems support suspended, vertical, orthogonal, and multi-board docking configurations. This flexibility significantly enhances testing efficiency across various semiconductor production scenarios.
